Games and data to recruit, retain and develop talent.
Social skills have been shown to improve team performance as much as individual IQ.
We help organisations go beyond individual psychometric testing and use data from team games to help identify great team players.
Understand how social skills improve team performance
Collaboration, communication and the ability to work in a team are among the most desired attributes for any new or existing team member.
But even though teamwork skills are highly valuable in principle, in practice it can be difficult to isolate individual contributions to team performance.
Loumee’s talent identification process allows leaders and managers to understand who are the best team players, using a simple process involving game play.
Case study: Supporting the global recruitment program for a world-class scholarship program
The program aims to find brilliant people at ages 15-17 who need opportunity and supports them for life as they work to serve others.
As part of the candidate screening process, a series of 10 fun, team-based problem solving games were organised to examine team collaboration and help identify the best team players.
Qualitative and quantitative data were collected across a series of team sessions and used to help interpret individual contribution to team performance.
